	A.) Limit To Simutaneous Uploading - Check It - Enter 15 or Number You Feel Is Good
	B.) Per One User - Check It And Enter 3
	C.) Auto-UL By the Head Of File Name - Uncheck
	D.) Auto-UL By File Extension - Uncheck
	E.) Auto-UL By File Size - Check It - Enter 32
	F.) Auto-UL to The User Having The Following Strings - Enter /¥\X/¥\
	G.) Auto-UL For Trade Check It - Check Only While DL From Target
